Mader named VP of Business Development


Beck Ag, Inc., recognized for over 25 years in the agricultural industry for its focus on enabling execution excellence within client organizations, announced today the appointment of Tracy Mader as the company’s new vice president of Business Development.

Mader is an experienced executive who has led teams, business units and company boards through periods of significant transformation to deliver profitable execution across a range of go-to-market challenges and opportunities, said Bettison. During his career, Mader occupied for over 20 years key leadership roles in developing strategic marketing solutions for both Syngenta’s Crop Protection and Seeds divisions.   Mader is well versed in board of director guidance and governance, having served as Chairman of Purple Wave Auction for over five years.   Most recently, Mader founded Affinity Seed Services, LLC, a consultancy firm that translated the needs of growers, ranchers, and the agriculture value chain for public companies, private equity, and agricultural start-ups.
