Richard is the CEO of Beck Ag, providing strategic leadership for the business. Prior to joining Beck Ag, he served as Head, Commercial Insight for Syngenta, and as CEO & President of AGDATA. Richard possesses a wealth of knowledge of the ag value chain, with unique perspectives on how to leverage insights and data to enhance business performance.

Keith serves as the COO of Beck Ag, leading business operations. Keith’s extensive knowledge of the industry dates back to his early career in ag retail and has since been part of numerous client initiatives during his time at Beck Ag. Keith works across the business to ensure successful implementation of initiatives that lead to measurable results for clients.

Jay works with clients to solve complex problems through enabling execution excellence. He collaborates with the Beck Ag team to identify new solutions and market the benefits of partnering with Beck Ag. Before joining Beck Ag, Jay held multiple roles with Adayana Agribusiness Group (ABG), where he worked with a variety of clients across the agriculture industry.

He understands the challenges clients face from his leadership firsthand experiences with FMC Corporation, United Agri Products (UAP), Micro Flo Company, and American Cyanamid. Vince takes great pride and satisfaction in developing solutions that drive performance for clients.

Dave utilizes 25 years of U.S. and global leadership at places like Pfizer and his public sector leadership experience to bring innovation to the table. He knows which end of a tractor and a cow does what, but he’s also had the Chrysler building out his office window. He loves helping clients tackle big rock challenges and opportunities.

His 30 plus years of North American and global experience is built on leadership roles in sales, marketing, finance, and the evolving discipline of commercial execution excellence.

Mader is an experienced executive who has led teams, business units and company boards through periods of significant transformation to deliver profitable execution across a range of go-to-market challenges and opportunities. His passion lies in serving and advocating for the agriculture industry through visionary leadership, people development and business innovation.

Sheila leads the data services team at Beck Ag, working to design and implement data-enabled solutions for clients that drive performance. She has a deep understanding of the industry and how to best leverage data and insights through her leadership roles at AGDATA, Griffin LLC, and American Cyanamid. Sheila is passionate about developing solutions that transform data into organizational assets.

Christina works closely with clients to implement solutions that deliver a measurable return. In her role, she oversees all aspects of initiatives, working across the Beck Ag team to ensure success. Prior to Beck Ag, Christina held multiple roles with the U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC), which included managing marketing programs that advanced the U.S. soybean industry globally.

Mindy collaborates with clients to implement solutions enabling execution excellence. In her role, Mindy collaborates with the entire Beck Ag team to deliver results that drive performance. She brings more than 20 years of agriculture experience, including roles with the National Association of Farm Broadcasting (NAFB) and multiple agricultural marketing agencies.
