Richard is the CEO of Beck Ag, providing strategic leadership for the business. Prior to joining Beck Ag, he served as Head, Commercial Insight for Syngenta, and as CEO & President of AGDATA. Richard possesses a wealth of knowledge of the ag value chain, with unique perspectives on how to leverage insights and data to enhance business performance.

Keith serves as the COO of Beck Ag, leading business operations. Keith’s extensive knowledge of the industry dates back to his early career in ag retail and has since been part of numerous client initiatives during his time at Beck Ag. Keith works across the business to ensure successful implementation of initiatives that lead to measurable results for clients.

Before joining Beck Ag, Jay held multiple roles with Adayana Agribusiness Group (ABG), where he worked with a variety of clients across the agriculture industry.

Christina works closely with clients to implement solutions that deliver a measurable return. In her role, she oversees all aspects of initiatives, working across the Beck Ag team to ensure success. Prior to Beck Ag, Christina held multiple roles with the U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC), which included managing marketing programs that advanced the U.S. soybean industry globally.
